Q. How do I place an order?

Please call toll free 1-877-511-0400 Monday-Friday 10am-6pm or Saturday 12-5pm Mountain time. Closed Sunday. Or email us at sales@manhattanloft.com. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. We also accept cashiers checks and money orders.

Q. Do you have a printed catalog?

We publish an email newsletter with descriptions of new designs and special offers. To receive the newsletter, please send us an email request at sales@manhattanloft.com.

Q. Do I pay sales tax on my purchase?

No sales tax is charged on items delivered outside Utah.

Q. To what locations do you ship?

We can ship anywhere in the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii.

Q. How are freight rates calculated?

Freight rates are calculated depending on your shipping location, the size of your order and delivery method chosen. We are continually renegotiating our freight rates with the most efficient, reliable freight companies, so that we can offer our costumers the most competitive freight charges. Q. Do you offer White Glove Service?

Yes, we offer a Premier White Glove Service for first class delivery of your order.

Q. What is your return policy?

If you wish to return the items(s), requests for returns with refunds should be emailed to returns@manhattanloft.com. All items must be sent back to us in their original packing to Manhattan Loft, 2358 S Main St., Salt Lake City, UT 84115. Full refund less shipping charges will be issued if merchandise is returned to Manhattan Loft in its original condition within 7 to 10 days. (You are responsible for return shipping costs.) As soon as we receive the item(s), the refund request will be forwarded to our accounting dept. Refunds take approx 10-14 days to process after the returned merchandise is received. Returns on purchases made during a free shipping promotion will be less the original shipping cost, changing the refund total. There is a restocking fee of 15% on all returned orders.

Q. What happens if my product is damaged during shipment?

Very few of our shipments have arrived damaged. However, if your items(s) are damaged and is not reported immediately after delivery, neither the freight company nor Manhattan Loft can reimburse you for the loss of value or shipping costs. Refunds are not issued for missing or damaged merchandise, unless merchandise cannot be replaced or repaired. Title to all products passes from Manhattan Loft to you upon shipment from origin point.
